Our portfolio

Soon after starting our letting agency, we saw how hard it was for people on benefits to find quality, affordable homes. So, we developed a portfolio of homes; we buy properties at the right price in the right areas, renovate and make them compliant, then our design team creates welcoming homes. We set rents near local housing allowance level, say yes where others say no, and offer tailored tenancy support, often working with partner organisations for those with complex needs.
