This week, with support from Safe Deposits Scotland, we are launching our new Tenant and Landlord Drop-In Sessions at our Dumfries and Largs offices.


These regular sessions give you the chance to meet our South of Scotland and Ayrshire teams to discuss a variety of tenancy matters.  


For our Tenants:  

• Understand your rights and responsibilities  

• Help with everyday tenancy matters  

• We’re happy to answer any questions you may have  


For our Landlords:

• Updates on changing regulations and best practices

• Tenancy management tips

• A friendly catch-up  


Drop-In Session Details:  


Dumfries Office:

Join our South of Scotland Lettings Manager, Andrew Richards 


Tenants: 10am – 1pm Thursday 7th May, and continuing the second and fourth Thursday of every month  


Landlords: 10am – 1pm Friday 8th May, and continuing the second and fourth Friday of every month  


Largs Office: 

Join our Ayrshire Property Officer, Kimberley Sargent, in our brand-new office!


Tenants: 10am – 1pm Thursday 14th May, and continuing the first and third Thursday of every month  


Landlords: 10am – 1pm Friday 15 May, and continuing the first and third Friday of every month
