What a week for the Homes for Good team!

We continue to be recognised for our ethical approach to creating a better housing future. On 14 November, we won the Excellence in the Private Rented Sector award at the CIH Scotland Scottish Housing Awards. Our Head of Acquisitions and Development, Barry Sweeney, was also a finalist in the Excellence in Leadership category.

The previous day, Susan Aktemel received a Special Recognition 2025 award at the National LIS awards in London for "creating a model built on compassion, dignity, and the belief that everyone deserves a safe and stable home." It’s been a fantastic week full of joy, celebration, and dancing our shoes off.
